Western developed games generally have fine voice acting because it is the original source, just as Japanese voice acting is the original source (both having higher attention to detail and funding paid to the voice acting).

FFXII had better voices than most dubs, but there was still a couple of voices that aren't as good as their Japanese counterparts and some drops in quality.

All right, point conceded in respect to Western games - but I can't actually remember these weaker parts in XII (though one could argue that P-
