Even though I know GTA IV will never reach 20 mil, the comparison still doesn't really make sense because San Andreas and Co have been on ther market FAR LONGER than GTA IV.
However, I have to say that most people I know who got the game were rather underwhelmed so maybe it just sucked. So much for 10.0
