I've gotta say this. MS is gonna need some serious software to back this up. It's gonna have to be at least as good as Wii's best motion games (not the 3rd party junk) and possibly even better than that. MS is not gonna be able to get away with just plugging in Natal into Forza or Halo. Without a controller at least for tactile feedback doing this right is gonna be hard.
