Hm, a 2-D Mario, or Donkey Kong Country, Tetris or Dr. Mario, or Final Fantasy 6 I guess.
I remember when I was 16 I got the chicken pox, and I watched every James Bond movie, every Star Wars movie, and then bought Pod Racer for N64 and beat the whole game. I missed all my final exams that year in high school too. Best chicken pox ever.
If I got sick right now I'd probably try to finish Paper Mario, or play a nice little RPG I've never played before, like Barkley, Shut Up and Jam Gaiden: Chapter 1 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa.
