The image is resized here, but you can see jaggies on a lot of spots on that screenshot. The moon and the stars appear to be a static background, and the graphics are not that impressive.. See the prob with what you just mentioned is that you dont seem to realize that they mentioned the game is pre-alpha atm.It looks gorgeous as it is now imagine once its finished.
Edit:Also we dont know how the engine runs on the xbox 360 considering Age of Conan still isnt here.
