@Borkachev - How can you speak for everyone? You don't know how many people thought it might have been intentional, people with half a brain even.
It's easy! I define the term in such a way that the test for having half a brain is one's answer to the question "Was this deliberate?" If you say "Yes," you fail.
It's semantic fun for everyone!
