@mummemlmann in an interview with Evan Wells recently, he said that they will probably revisit Jak, but for now he is taking a holdiay.
I honestly think that they know what they are doing next, and have probably already started a lot of work on it, although I think that it is quite likely to be Uncharted 2 rather than Jak. I would guess we will not see Jak before 2010.
