Yes I'm sure of it. and I'm tired of people just looking for reasons to start this sort of crap. This is clearly a marketing/publicity thing. It is in no way related to getting higher reviews, it says nothing of the sort. This is not a bribery, there is nothing attached to it. They are simply marketing their game.
There is no connection to bribery at all. Zero. Null. People who start creating this are making up news, it doesn't exist.
