You gave an enormous generalized statement about a WHOLE country. Saying that is the equivalent of saying all of England is a bunch of occupiers and cut-throats.
What do you mean ask the UN? Did UN ever pass a resolution saying that Nigerians could be equated with scamsters over the internet?
