Head tracking as per the demo seems to mean head leaning rather than turning. I don't lean my head to drive, so why would I lean my head to race in a game? You turn your head to follow the road, but if the screen is only in front of you, how exactly is that going to help?
This could be great with 3d applications, but I suspect you'd need to render the games at 60FPS or so at least to take advantage of it.
