The video didn't really track his head movement, it tracked his position. He wasn't just turning his head, but moving it drastically around the room. Also, this is just the PSEye, so forget playing GT5 in the dark or even low light. Gotta turn up the brights, fellas!
If it were "eye" tracking, it'd be useful, but as a head movement tracker it really won't help much since you can only turn your head so far and still see the screen, or if it is like the video, you won't be moving around the room to get a different view out the passenger window.
