I see they kept the box art with the highlighted letters "Ur Mr Gay" i feel this may affect sales once parents find this out. This may not have an impact on sales in all countries but it will in NA, we all remember when Nintendo had to pull Mario Party 8 games from Britich stores because the games used the word "Spastic".
