Most people doubt that, including me. Sony only made a passing mention of a goodwill campaign for this, and hasn't said anything since then. They are running out of time to announce something...

That's unlikely given the PSP has much less functionality without the touch or motion controls... that said the fact that it plays "real" games kinda makes up for that.

There is no evidence of this, and it's extremely unlikely. Retailers will set the price at whatever the download price is. The main issue here is that cause they are download you can't get them secondhand for much cheaper. In other words games will cost you more.

The PSN stores are still separate. Release dates will still be separate.

Last time I checked, how good the hardware looks has nothing to do with how fun it is to use.

Not only that, the PSP has more good games coming for it than any other system, including the DS/DSi.

That's your opinion. I use my PSP for games much less than any other system I own, and I own every other system. Making it the single worst this generation for me.
