I wouldn't think it would... but considering how low the US is ranked... UK would have to be.  The fact that negotiatied to get a bunch of tax money from lichtestein can't be a good sign.

 

Me i'd leave the US if any country would take me but Canada.  Well any first world country.

Too bad I can't learn foreign languages. 

It's why I envy NJ5.  He knows like 3 or 4 languages and he writes english so well I always forget it's not his first language.
