It is much too early to say one way or the other, but even as a ps3 fanatic I must say that the 360 lineup sounds better then the ps3's. Although I don't see it as the landslide that some others do.
My most wanted exclusives of 2010 as of now are:
1. God of War 3
2. The Last Guardian (shadow of the colossus is one of my favorite games evarz!)
3. Alan Wake/ Heavy Rain
4. Mass Effect 2
5. Splinter Cell: Conviction
Also, if Gears 3 does in fact release next year, which it should, then it would fall in after GoW or The Last guardian.
Other then that, the 360 has the most proven titles, Halo, Fable, Gears etc. But who knows how Agent, Versus XIII (If it plays like a more mature Kingdom Hearts I will LOVE it), Modnation racers, kingdom under fire 2, and so many others will turn out.

That's a list I couldln't argue with either. I'm afraid to think that any more games can be announced next year. There is already just too many incredible titles. The big problem I see happening with the PS3 though is that as of now all of the big exclusives are coming out near the beginning of the year which can be bad if they don't announce much later. Which I'm sure they will. At the very least we will have anohter insomniac title which will belong in my top 10. But as of now, sony will get crushed in the last 6 months of next year if they don't offer a lot of huge titles.
