errrrr.....
Linux, or rather GNU/Linux isn't one entity. Its more like a commonly owned commodity, like Tomato Sauce. Everyone knows whats in it, and people can repackage it and sell it, but no one really "owns" the copyright for the Tomato Sauce recipe.
Anyways, my point is that Google's OS is just another linux distro anyways, so the more the merrier, IMO.
