The IBM PCJr!
I have fond memories of that piece of junk, that's where my love of DOS came from.
I don't remember which model we had, probably the cheaper of the two, so I guess these would be the specs:
8088 4.77 MHz CPU
64K Memory
5.25 Floppy Drive
Two cartridge slots
VGA graphics (Video Gate Array, not the VGA you're thinking of)
