I could not speak for other territories, but I would think the potential for a public black-eye in America, far out-weighs any sales this would encourage.
Much like cartoons, I think video game consoles have this "for kids" attachment in the psyche of the American adult population and these folks would not want to be concerned about "child-proofing" their video-game system. That of course, is just my Tuesday, not my real job, analysis.
