Yeah. don't ever remember saying it was fact, it is my opinion, of course i'll admit when some of my buds on Yahoo/MSN ask me which is better for online and they dont wanna pay (they'd rather get more games) i always say PS3 because PSN is free while XBL is not.
Ironiclly speaking i had one of my bros buds tell me aren't gaming consoles suppose to be for gaming? (he doesn't own any current gen consoles, only gamecube, Xbox, and PS2.)
So in conclusion im sure XBL is a great service worth paying for, but for some of us who'd rather buy an extra game or two VS that to game for PSN is a great option, its one of the reasons why i sorta never gave up on PS3 because thats one things sony did right.
