All I am saying is that a game does not have to be visually leading, 40 million dollar marketting campaign...type of game to be considered good. Raiden IV comes out for retail tomorrow...its exclusive on 360 and I am looking forward to it and will pay full retail price Section 8 came out last week...exclusive for 360...great rental Perfect Dark XBL is being released in coming months...great game. GTA Balad of Gay tony looks amazing in the original preview. There is more to gaming than MGS, Halo, Final Fantasy, Gears of War and Mario...but your original post makes it seem like all those games that aren't in the top 5 franchises for each console don't matter at all. |
I'm sorry, but where did you get the opinion that I'm only interested in big budget games? Many of the titles that I said I wasn't interested in were big budget and the oen game that I'm the most interested in of all of 09 for the 360 is shadow complex, a xbla title. Sure, I might have mentioned that I'm looking forward to some sequals coming out but those are the safest bets for the future. It's easier to say that I can't wait for the sequal to a game that I loved and cherished when it was a new ip then it is to say I can't wait for a new ip that has yet to release or prove itself and I also mentioned how much I'm looking forward to new ips such as alan wake, heavy rain, and modnation racers. Heck, you were even the one talking about how awesome and epic a big budget sequal was (halo 3), not me.
My original post was talking about how I had little interest in any 360 exclusives this year compared to previous years, not that big games are better then small ones. Where and how you inferred that is beyond me.
