Re: your previous post about "trailing so badly in other regions" ... yeah, they were trailing because they were at $399, not $299 with new hardware.  So why would the past predict the future?  No reason to credit such an argument.

Plus, you neglect that the last time PS3 and 360 prices were this similar, before the 360's price drop last year, PS3 routinely outsold 360.  Or does that mean nothing unless PS3 also has resounding first place finishes above the Wii?  Have you made up such a high standard for success thus to deny success?
