The GBA version is great, and besides the smaller screen, it's an upgrade over the PS1 version in every way. They made the game slightly easier, which made the boss battle against the Crystals much more tolerable. The script is much improved as well, and eliminates the terriblly done pirate accent that one of the main characters was plagued with.
