| Cobra_ said: The only czech game I know about is Mafia 2... oh wait, a friend of mine owns a game company and he told me they are doing something for the DS. A port of one of their older games. They are considering Wii as well. Nothing else comes to mind. |
My currently most anticipated game is developed by Czech indie developer Aminata Design and will be released soon: http://www.machinarium.com/
OT: My own country is probably best known for one company and their games I'm personally not interested in at all (Crytek with FarCry/Crysis), but I'm glad that in recent years it became one of the most important countries for developing and/or publishing western point&click adventures - which is no wonder as this genre is still quite popular over here. Germany is still a very PC centric country when it comes to game developing (RPGs like Sacred2/Drakensang/Arcania: A Gothic Tale//Risen and simulaition franchises like Anno/The Settlers/EA's FIFA Manager are all PC games, let alone those many p&c adventures), but just like in most other countries console and handheld games sell better here this gen.
