Let me add something. With the vast number of PS360 multiplats looking inferior on the PS3, isn't it very possible that many more 360 games were gimped due to the PS3 than vice-versa(by your own logic), and in that case, what right do PS3 fans have to whine, and doesn't that make these whinings even more selfish?

I mean, we've had to put up with your inferior gimping for years, and now you don't get 7.1, and the world ends? If you don't buy games, based on the minute changes required to port XIII to the 360, then your library sucks. Same as if I didn't buy games on on the 360, which had inferior PS3 versions. I wouldn't have any games to buy. No good ones, at least. Why weren't you whining when those games were gimped on the 360 due to the overcomplex PS3? Are you biased in favor of the PS3?

Also, shocker, yes, Square-Enix wants to make money. Believe it or not, they can't pay for games without it.

And this is my main point. It's not that one console is inferior to the other. It's that developers have to spend the time to do it right on both and almost always one ends up being slight to greatly off compared to the other. Id rather my X360 or PS3 game were even just 5% or 10% better for not having the team waste their time making a 5% or 10% inferior game on the other system.
