GT5 has the upper edge when based on content and graphics.
It has 1000 cars to choose from and runs at 1080p w/60fps.
Forza 3 has only 400 cars to choose from and runs at 720p w/60fps.
GT5 will also implement head tracking which will be the first of its kind.
GT5 also has the official license to feature Nascar and WRC.
Thus GT5 wins in terms of content, quality, and technology wise.
However there is one thing GT5 is lacking. Online play.
Which is one of the pros in Forza 3.
