Sonic Unleashed has taken a really unfair bad rap IMO.

Dude, Sonic having a sword is as bad as shadow having a gun, neither should posses a weapon, enough said.

Bad analogy fallacy.  Can't compare 2 characters that aren't alike.  Sonic and Shadow are two different characters while a gun and sword are two different weapons.  Not to mention building on the premise that just because Shadow the Hedgehog was a bad game for other reasons than just having a gun is hasty generalization of Sonic and the Black Knight which you obviously haven't played. 

All I said is that Sonic and the Black Knight was reviewed badly because people thought it was more of hack and slash which it wasn't.  It was a fast paced Sonic game where the only downside was is you would have to slice up some enemies and slow yourself down.
