nah , to put a blame on DVDs is just wrong.

its Rockstar being greedy, they thought they'd release the rest of the game as DLC, and well they did. how about buying the game again once you buy it to get the full experience? oh and dont forget to buy the rest of it too!

 

Nahh I think they would of added more things and features, its not them being lazy, if they run out of space they run out of space.
