Is Halo 3: ODST Really Worth $60?

I saw on cheap ass gamer the Toys R Us ad for the week of 9/20 - 9/26. They are doing ODST with free $20 gift Card. I guess I will be canceling my pre-order and going to TRU. I would post a direct link, but you have to be a forum member to view the forums.
