Unlikely. Sony will be reliant on 1st/2nd party. MS will seem to get more 3rd party support, but this shouldn't be confused in its nature. MS has less 1st/2nd party and is paying, using various methods, for that support - which is a fair enough alternative.
I suspect you'll also continue to see PC/360 titles from developers centric to those platforms who haven't (and perhaps won't or can't) ramp up to support PS3 directly.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
