I remember my parents getting me and my siblings the Sega mega drive in 1991...stopped playing my sega mega drive when we got the dream cast in late 2000...almost 9 years gaming on it...and the say 10 year life cycles are none existant, blah, I beg to differ based on my own experiences. Sega fanboy, converted to a Sony fanboy....and if Sega were to get back into the console business and launch DreamCast 2, then I'd buy it in a heart beat and share my Love for the 2....Nintendo has never had any significance to me and my life when it comes to home consoles, which is why I don't care for their mascots and franchises. /2 cent rant XD |
A console should have been number 1, since it was the only one you played (or knew existed)?
This is probably why the list is (or should be) done by people who've played most of the consoles when they were out.
