Square enix changed from "we will use the full power of ps3".
to "we will make them the same" a while ago.
it doesn't matter if the ps3 was polished first, it won't be pushed.
nomura said this in a interview, one of reasons versus still it's a exclusive was to avoid that. multiplatform rule.
