My copy of Sonic Jam for the Saturn(has Sonic 1,2,3 and S+K) also allows you to use the lock-on technology with the other Sonic games in the collection and that compilation was released in 1997! I picked it up for ~$1 or so, used in some game shop here in Japan, hehe.

Anyway, good stuff for people who don't have Saturns/didn't get a chance to play the originals back in the day. I'd probably buy it again if I didn't have my Saturn(s) hooked up to my tv's already. :)

I have Sonic Jam for my saturn and will still be buying this day 1. Achevements, upscalled graphics...etc. You can play this game with lock on on emulators to, I have that as well.

Here is a little trivia for all...did you guys know that Sonic 1 on the saturn Sonic Jam collection was revised to include spin dash attack. Its the only version to include this...
