I think he means third party exclusives to the PS3. This generation is lot different to the previous generation. Due to more competition for this generation we will see very few third party exclusive games appear on PS3. Third party exclusives are now multi-platform titles which end up making more money for the developers and brings the games to more than one system so more people can enjoy games.
First and second party exclusive are a different story and will remain exclusive to the platform/s they are on.
