I agree, but they wanted the console to be as small as possible, so they took out the power supply and put it in a brick. Do you see the size of the capacitor!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the capacitor is huge but an internal supply would be a lot better to look at then that huge brick laying in your room.  It really is not aesthetically pleasing and it's so frickin loud!
