Well I already got Halo CE from Games on Demand, and have Halo 3, so if they make Halo 2 with achievements available separately, and patch achievements into Halo CE, I'd buy Halo 2! 
I've already beat them all multiple times, but a slight touching up and achievements added would be enough to get me on board!
