How many times has your 360 experienced RROD? Zero

How long did this occur after you purchased the unit(s)? 2 Years RROD Free

When was the unit purchased (year/month)? Sept/07 (I think. At the Halo 3 launch)

Which 360 model was involved? Halo 3 Special Edition

Did you watch DVD movies on your 360?  How often? I do, I've probably averaged 30-40 minutes a day of DVD use.

Did you watch streaming video on your 360?  How often? Only a little bit, maybe a dozen movies since Netflix' release

How often did you play games on your 360? A lot for the first few months, use has been sporadic since.

Was your 360 on a power strip?  A UPS?  Did you switch your 360 off by switching off the power strip/UPS? Always plugged directly into the wall.

If you had brown-outs, how frequent were they?  Black-outs?  Have you lost other electronic equipment due to power outages? Only a couple storm related outtages since i got it.

How many other electronic devices were plugged into the same wall circuit? Maybe 6.

Was the 360 positioned vertically or horizontally? vertically

Was the 360 operated on the floor?  For the last few months, yes. Prior, No    If so, what kind of surface (carpet, wood, tile, etc.)?  Carpet

Was the 360 moved to other areas of the house on a regular basis? No  Was it transported to other homes? Occasionally

Was the environment the 360 operated in dusty? Not really

Did anyone smoke on a regular basis while the 360 was operating? Nope

Was the 360 operated on a shelf or in a cabinet? Shelf   Is the shelf/cabinet enclosed (glass doors, etc.)? Completely open  Which shelf was the 360 on?  Top    What other electronic devices shared the shelf unit/cabinet?  None

Which of the following add-ons were attached?  None  HD-DVD?    WiFi?    Hard Drive?   Decorative face-plate?   Decorative body-panels?

Was an add-on cooling unit attached?  No    In-line with power supply?  No    USB powered?  Controls to recharge wifi, and rockband instruments were pluged into USB
