Did you watch DVD movies on your 360? How often? Yes but very few.
Did you watch streaming video on your 360? How often? Not available in my counrtry yet. it was annouced for the coming months.
How often did you play games on your 360? Way too much.... I severly reduced now by I used to play at least 1.5 hours a day.
Was your 360 on a power strip? A UPS? Did you switch your 360 off by switching off the power strip/UPS? No.
If you had brown-outs, how frequent were they? Black-outs? Have you lost other electronic equipment due to power outages? No.
How many other electronic devices were plugged into the same wall circuit? 4.
Was the 360 positioned vertically or horizontally? First time H, next time V.
Was the 360 operated on the floor? If so, what kind of surface (carpet, wood, tile, etc.)? No.
Was the 360 moved to other areas of the house on a regular basis? Was it transported to other homes? No.
Was the environment the 360 operated in dusty? No (My house is clean man...).
Did anyone smoke on a regular basis while the 360 was operating? No.
Was the 360 operated on a shelf or in a cabinet? Is the shelf/cabinet enclosed (glass doors, etc.)? Which shelf was the 360 on? What other electronic devices shared the shelf unit/cabinet? No.
Which of the following add-ons were attached? Skins. Now it is gone.
Was an add-on cooling unit attached? In-line with power supply? USB powered? Nothing.
