I assume he means internally developed. All those IPs are owned by Sony, but only Alundra, the Legend of Dragoon, and Untold Legends are internally developed (and even then SOE usually act autonomously from SCEWWS, so that could be considered a separate entity as well).
And out of those three, Alundra was a Link to the Past clone on the ps1, an we haven't seen anything form the franchise since. We've also seen nothing from the Legend of Dragoon IP since the ps1 days, either.
Edit: My mistake. Alundra was devleoped by an independent studio called Matrix Contrail. The sequel was devloped by Contrail, the guys behind the Legend of Legaia.
