If you don't mind green phosphor trailing which even the new Pannys have. Look that shit up before you go plasma. Also, one thing Plasma fanboys piss me off about, is when they completely downplay the need to burn your TV, or that burnin doesn't exist, and then when they're in their plasma threads, all they talk about is how they burnt in their own plasma for 10 hours a day, for 100 days, and how the basic deburnin tools ruin your PQ. Plasma's suck bro. Never get one if you ever want to watch something with black bars, or actually game on it. Phosphor trailing is when the green phosphor ages slower than the red and blu, and everything leaves a green trail. It is unacceptable, and all plasmas get this issue. Just take a video of yours after a year of heavy use. You might not notice it, but the video will. Also, BRO, that link, 600hz pannys ARENOT talking about the same thing as a 240 or 120 hz LCD. They are two different ratings, completely unrelated. You know when you should buy a Veria? When you only want to watch streched SD movies. Do you know that most BR movies have black bars, and you just can't watch that shit on a plasma. You will damage your set, they aren't built for it, and over time, you will basically be running the screen saver, or worrying about burnin more than you will actually watch the SOB. For gaming, you have HUD and energy bars. Bad business.
Also, your ms rating aren't what determine gaming lag, and for the record, I think the B750 is 2ms, which means no artifacting. |
I´m not going to argue with you because we´ve got completely different opinions on this plasma/ lcd thing. But I admit possible burn tv overtime, even it´s not that usually and yes the 600hz and 120/ 240 hz are two different things, as it is +-explained in the link. Anyway
if you want a real gaming experience just get a 1080p projector. i don´t kown about the prices in the USA, but in Europe you can get a infocus x10 or a sony vpl hw 10 1080p by the same price you pay for a 50-52" 1080 p plasma/ lcd. I´ve got a infocus 7205 ( 720 p) and i must tell you: a projector it´s the ultimate gaming experience, AWESOME.
