Between the Wii and DS, it comes down to this - how often to you travel where you're not the one driving/on a bike, skateboard, etc? If you don't do a lot of traveling, I question how often you'd pick up the DS at home when you already have a PSP at home.
I'd go with the Wii, just for the solid exclusives like the ones you mentioned. Plus, the Wii library is getting stronger and the quality of the games has been improving quite well.
