At this point I would say look at the libraries and what type of games you like.
Love RPG's? DS is for you, there are piles upon piles of them.

Metroid Prime Trilogy
Twilight Princess
Smash Bros.
Okami / RE 4 if you didn't play those before.
World of Goo on Wiiware
Wii Sports Resort

Metroid Other M
Galaxy 2
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Great DS games:
Phantom Hourglass
New Super Mario Bros
Chinatown wars (unless you got a PSP)
Chrono trigger (unless you've played these)
Phoenix wright series
Professor Layton series

Golden Sun.
I'd say you can't go wrong with either one. going to be a very tough choice!
