Shadow hearts and Tales of Legendia are 2 that have had issues on the 80 GB partial backward compatible systems (already documented at Playstation site) otherwise games look "better" than on my PS2. I still have the PS2 for when I want to play these two.
One thing I don't miss ... buying cartridges for game saves (I have 3). I was always worried they might get corrupted. Now with virtual cartridges I am more relaxed.
