When you compare the games side by side, then yes, Uncharted looks better...but the scope of Gears 2 is too hard to overcome and IMO, it is easily much better looking than Uncharted.

We must not be playing the same game then...I will give credit to Uncharted for nice textures on certain occasions and overall maintaing them...some textures looked out of place and plastic at times,IMO that is...but I also must take away from Uncharted for Polygon count per second...Gears of War is pushing way more polygons than Drake's Fourtune is...I must take away from Gears for being on the UE3...it was annoying to see the textures do what they want during certain momments...And some of you say Hands down Uncharted for animation but don't factor in Motion Capture...+1 to Gears for explosions....IMO Gears of War is the better looking game....

If don't own a 360..don't buy one...
