I have a pretty good story about their customer service as well (not myself personally but a relative).

My sister in law was having a problem with her netflix discs not showing up when she mailed them back and sometimes them being damaged when she received them. She called netflix and told them and the lady on the phone explained what the problem probably was. She said that Netflix has a special agreement with the post service where they do not put the discs through the automatic sorters. This is why netflix discs do not have to use the cardboard backing like Gamefly does and it saves on shipping costs for them. Since they dont have the backing if they put them through the sorter it damages the disc or they get caught in the machine.

Anyway the customer service lady actually called the local Post Office and talked with the postmaster there and explained what they were doing wrong.

Since then she's had no problems receiving disks and mailing them back.
