           Yeah, your right Zen, I was about to add that statement prior to posting. 

If I hadnt rented Batman AA for my 360 and beat it I would have probably picked it up for the Joker exlusivity.  Also, Dead Space is great mulit-plat that didnt have issues, as well as some others. 

My intent was not to say all PS3 multi's have issues, however, it has happened with more titles on PS3 than it should.

This is unfortunate, because it makes me re-think multi-plat purchases for my PS3....
