I bought my xbox fairly late in its cycle. I got it for 2 reasons. First my pc was severly outdated and I didn't have the cash to upgrade. Second I bought into the hype machine that is Peter Moleneaux. Fable dissapointed but it really didnt matter there were a ton of games out I wanted to play that were dirt cheap. It ended up being a great purchase.
I can understand why some are still getting a ps2. A ton of great games for a minimal investment. It makes sense when your on a limited budget.
