The big mover is obviously Wii with a 10% jump in overall quality this year matching the XBOX 360's 2008 library. The PS3 is still the leader sitting on 68 but the 360 is only one percentage point below. Yes, wii software is that good! Gears 2 and Fable 2 have been matched in quality!
Seriously though, someone should stop this madness...or atleast write "Matched xbox 350 aggregate quality in 2008"
