The first is debateable, since which console has the "better library" is in the eye of the beholder, for a MGS fan like me, PS3 has MGS4, hence it has, and will always have a better library than the 360, on the other hand, a shooter fan and a WRPG will prefare the 360s library.
I don't know about the second, but I really do think that the PS3 have more (and in my opinion, beeter) games in development, however, I don't want to derail this thread into a "list war" thread.
Other than that, I pretty much agree with everything you wrote.
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
