Meh, the browser ballot will already give people a choice of Chrome/Firefox/IE/Opera at first boot of Win7. If people won't try it then then this won't help.
Many people will suffer from the where's-the-blue-e issue. We're all computer-literate here, but a minority of computer users (especially those who buy prebuilts) think IE IS the internet.
