EEDAR have released their findings for games released on each console between January and July 2009 with some interesting results.
XBOX 360
2008 - 66

PS3

The big mover is obviously Wii with a 10% jump in overall quality this year matching the XBOX 360's 2008 library. The PS3 is still the leader sitting on 68 but the 360 is only one percentage point below. With the holiday season fast approaching, it'll be interesting to see how these values change, if at all.
